Storm Manager assists companies affected by natural disasters in coordinating the allocation of resources necessary to address the emergency. It streamlines the process of obtaining and tracking these resources, offering support such as meal and lodging arrangements, and ensuring timely payments for incurred expenses related to service provision.

With a comprehensive approach, Storm Manager collaborates with various emergency response entities, including utilities, transportation departments, gas companies, cable and fiber services, telecommunication providers, wildfire response teams, insurance agents, and FEMA.

The system provided by Storm Manager simplifies the acquisition and oversight of resources across the entire restoration operation. Features include resource activation and procurement, workforce management and roster organization, time and expense tracking for approval and invoicing purposes, GPS tracking for resource location monitoring, provision of meals and lodging, direct workforce communication, dynamic reporting tools, digital activity logs recording time details along with user GPS data, and contract management during standard operational periods.

Storm Manager establishes real-time connections between affected companies and their full workforce, comprising internal and external members. Field personnel utilize the mobile application to update crew schedules, monitor their work hours, report expenses, and obtain directions to accommodation facilities.

Post-crisis events witness an expedited restoration process facilitated by Storm Manager. This includes aiding utilities in restoring power promptly, assisting transportation departments in expedited road clearing efforts, and supporting wildfire response teams in swift containment of fire outbreaks.
